I never thought that four years later I would land a job as a team member in that same office. I was an promised an opportunity as an agent if I worked hard. This is exactly what I did and I am proud to say that I have grown as a person, as an employee and now as a small business owner because of my determination. I acquired my strong work ethic from my parents who worked two or three jobs to make sure my sisters and I had what we needed to be successful in life.
